In our household, we refer to Natasha as “the Dog Whisperer”. This is due to the fact that within a few mere minutes of meeting our rather shy and skittish Bernese Mountain Dog, Daisy was leaning into Natasha with an adoring look like they had known each other forever. Daisy is very attached to us and our concern when she was a puppy was to find a walker we knew she could feel safe with. Then we found Natasha. She’s really able to read what Daisy needs on different days and adapts her walks and plays to that. Our minds are completely at ease if we have to be away and we know Natasha is coming to walk Daisy. If there is anyone that our dog loves as much as us, it is Natasha - and we have tried other walkers and kennels. She just has a WAY with dogs. We think it’s her gentleness and caring as a human being. She is also fantastic with large breeds. We’ve seen her walk away with what must have been 300 pounds of dog (our Berner; a Great Dane and a medium-sized mix), all looking at her adoringly and hanging on her every command.

If you are looking for a combination of love and affection as opposed to dominance and discipline, than look no further than Chasing Tails. Our only hesitation in recommending Natasha is that we don’t want her to be too overloaded and take away from her time with Daisy! She is such a big part of what makes our house work. We would recommend Natasha’s services to anyone wanting quality, tailored care for their dogs.

Pogo can be very sensitive in regards to meeting new people, but she took a liking to Natasha right away - it was then that we knew we had found the ideal person to care for Pogo in our absence!

Not only do we have the comfort of knowing that Pogo is safe and happy at all times while out on her walks, we also enjoy the notes and anecdotes that Natasha leaves for us to read at the end of their adventures. The level of reliable, responsible, and mindful attention that Pogo receives is above and beyond what we could have hoped for in finding someone to help us keep her exercised and content on those days where we are unable to take her to work with us. Mae is a rescue with a few health issues and special needs that make private walks with someone who is caring, reliable, patient and willing to work with her essential. Natasha is that person - she treats Mae like her own dog and gives Mae all the extra time, attention and care she needs. That's on top of a belly rub before the walk begins or a good towelling off afterwards if it's been a wet one. I feel very confident leaving Mae in Natasha's capable hands while I'm at work. I also appreciate the daily notes Natasha leaves letting me know how Mae's been, whether she was energetic or slow, playful or cuddly, had a BM or just pees.
 
Most importantly, Mae loves Natasha. She lights up when she sees Natasha, wags her stump like a crazy dog and does a happy Mae dance. For me, there's no higher praise or better endorsement. I can't recommend Chasing Tails highly enough.

I have been using Chasing Tails for a while now. I must say how impressed I am with the outstanding service Natasha has provided. It's a great feeling going to work knowing that Cooper will be getting picked up at the same time everyday by his second best friend. At lease I like to think Natasha is Coopers second best friend… I sometimes wonder whom Coop really loves more.

I know Cooper loves spending time with Natasha because she is trustworthy and loveable. I know this because one of the many great things about her is that Natasha leaves notes in a logbook about Coopers time spent with her. Yes, even pee and poo reports. :)

I've been using Natasha's services for a year and a half now. Over the summer I boarded Cooper with Natasha. Knowing he was in the best care going on long walks and cuddles at night made for a relaxing weekend away with my family.

Since adding children to our family, we found we had less time for our first girl - our dog Abby. We not only wanted to find someone who could walk Abby a few times a week but also someone who would be her special friend. We found just that in Natasha. Abby loves her time with Natasha and doesn't want it to end. When Abby comes home from her walks, I have to practically pull her inside so Natasha can leave. My name is Lexie Loo and I love going on my walks with Natasha at Chasing Tails Professional Pet Services. My mom and I live alone and I wasn't used to being around too many people, which made me a little nervous around the new humans I would meet; sometimes barking and growling at them while hiding behind my mommy's leg. It's been so long since you have run your fingers through my fur! Since we walked together down the avenue to the envy of all those other dogs. Oh how I've missed you! We are Maggie and Sally, we met Natasha just a few months ago when our Mom had to work a lot. We love spending time with our Natasha, not just on walks but we get to stay at her house too! We get lots of attention and cuddles with her and come home very, very happy. She even helped me, Sally (little dog), when I had an eye infection and needed medicine. She's great and you'd be a lucky dog to have her as a friend too!
